An Ordinance establishing and creating a Benefit District in
the -City of Salina; Kansas by ` reason of the opening and
extending of.Faulkner Street in said -City from the north
line.of-said Faulkner Street north to the south lihe of
Iron. Avenue therein, and fixing the boundaries of said
Benefit District.
BE IT ORDAINED by the..Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby created and
established within the City of.Salina, Kansas.a district to be
known and designated as the "Benefit District" which district
shall include
Lots 1-2-3 and 4 on -Walnut Street in Univer-
sity Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas;
Lots 2-4-6pland 8 on,University Place in Uni-
versity Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas;
Lots 1-3-5 and 7 on University.Place in Uni-
versity Addition.to the City of Salina, Kansas;
Lots 6-8-10-12-14-16-18 and 20 on Eleventh
Street in-Phillip°s 2nd Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas;
Dots 15 and 17.on Iron Avenue in Phillip's
2nd.Addition.to the City of Salina, Kansas;
Lots 16-17-18-19-20-21-22 and 23 in Surveyors -
Plat "B" on Iron. -Avenue in the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
