An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Km sas
Section 1. That,the sum of $4,000.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the Military
Monument Fund, in the City Treasury of the City of Salina,
Kansas, for the payment of the following claim:
Chas. W. Shaver, Part payment on contractfbr Architectural
Services and said contract bearing date
of November 2nd, 1921........$4000.00
Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized to issue a warrant; countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and
amountspecified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Sectian 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, May is t, 1922.
