An Ordinance establishing and creating a Benefit.Distriet
by reason of the widening of Johnstown Avenue in the
City of Salina, Kansas and fixing the boundaries there-
of.
BE IT 01F3DAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby created
and established within the City of salina, Kansas a district
to be known and designated as the "Benefit District", which
shall include Lots One (1) to Seven (7) inclusive in Block
One (1) in Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas,
together with the North one-half (Nl) of Bloek,One (1) in
Surveyors Plat Number Twelve (12) and together with Block
Twenty-five (25) in Surveyors Plat "G", according to the
plats thereof on file in the office of the -Register of Deeds
of Saline County, Kansas.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
