2475 Appropriations_ ORDINANCE NO. 2475 P 1 1 1 1 An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a cer- tain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $300.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the Bark Fund in the City Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas, for the payment of the following claim: Salina Municipal Band, For part payment on Band Contract $300.00 Section 2. The Director of the Department of Finance is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and amount specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
