An Ordinance defining -a certain misdemeanor and'repealing See -
tion Fifteen (15) of Ordinance Number 635.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 10 That every person who shall be found intoxi-
cated in any street, alley or other public place.in the City of
Salina, shall be deemed guilty of a.misdemeanor and upon con-
viction shall be punished by 'a fine of not less than Ten Dol-
lars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
Section 2. That Section Fifteen (15) of Ordinance Num-
ber 635 be and the same,is hereby repealed.,
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after.its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading, February 27th, 1922.
