ORDINANCE NO, 2460 -
(Published in The Salina Evening LJournal- 'March 1922)
An Ordinance relating to the issuing of licenses An the City of
Salina, Kansas.,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of.the City of
Salina,, Kansas:
Section 1. All licenses issued from this date are to be
non -assignable, non -transferable and no refund is to be.made in
any case, regardless of the time when such license has been is-
sued.
Section 2. All licenses issued from this date shall have
printed within said license, or stamped on said license with a
rubber stamp the words, "non -transferable,, non -assignable and no
refund".
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Introduced for first reading, Pebrfiary 27th, 1922.
Passed and ,approved. ........ March 6th- 1922.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. All licenses issued from this date are to
