ORDINANCE; NO. 2453

An ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District.
No. One -F in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED -by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. One -F, in
Sewer zone "F".. in�the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same
is hereby created and established.,s aid Lateral Sewer District
No. One -F to include and be comprised of the following terri-
tory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots Five (5), Seven (7) and Nine (9) in Block
Sixteen (16); Lots Six (6), Eight (8) and Ten
(10) in Bolck Fifteen (15); in South Park Addi-
tion to the City of Salina, Kansas, as shown by
the recorder plat thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading, February 6th, 1922.
Passed and approved, February 16th, 1922.

Salina, Kansas

District No. ane_F,_ to include and be comprised of the following
territory within the corporate limits of said City:
