An Ordinance.creating end establishing Lateral -Sewer Dis-
trict Four -E in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Com. missiohers of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Four -E
in Sewer Zone "E", in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and
the same is hereby created and established, said Lateral ' .
Sewer District No. Four -E to include and be comprised of the
following territory within the corporate limits of said City:
All of the lots; tracts and parcels of Land situ-
ate in -Surveyors Plat Number Twelve (12') ; and Lots
one (1), Two (2), Three (3), and West.one-half (W )
of Lot Four (4), together with Lots Eight, (8),
Nine (9) Ten (10) and the ulest-one-half (fk,34-) of
Lot -Eleven (11), all in Block -One (1),,in-Fruitland
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, according
to the recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.

Salina, Kansas:
