ORDINANCE NO. '2451
An Ordinance creating and'establishing Lateral Sewer District
No. Three -E in the city of Salina,, Kansas.
BE IT Or by the Board of -Commissioners of the City of
Salina Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Three -E.
in Sewer Zone "E" in the City of Salina Kansas be and the same
is hereby created and established., said Lateral Sewer District
No. Three -E to include and be comprised of the following tdrri-
tory within the corporate limits of said City:'
.Lots One ft� Trio (2), Three (3), and the East
One -Half (E -p-3 of Lot Four (4) and Lots Twenty -
One (21). Twenty=two (22)., Twenty-three (23),
Twenty -Four (24), Twenty -Five (25) and Twenty-
six all in Block Nine (9), together with
Lots'Four (4) to Thirteen (13) inclusive in
Block Ten (10),all in Oakdale Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading, February 6th., 1922.
Passed and approved., February 16th, 1922.
