An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer -Dis-
trict No. DF o -E in the city of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral. Sewer District No. Two -E, in
Sewer Zone "E", in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Literal Sevier
District No. Two -E to include and.be•comprised of the fol-
lowing -territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots Eight' -(S) to -Seventeen (17) inclusive, in
Block'Twelve (12), in Oakdale Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas, as shown by the recorded
plat thereof.
SECTION 2. This•ordinanee shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the of-
ficial City paper.

Passed and approved, February 16th, 1922.

No. Two -E in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the city of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Taro -E, in
Serer Zone "E"� in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same
is hereby created and established, said Lateral Seger District
No. ` o -E to include and be comprised of the following terri-
tory within the corporate limits of said City;
Lots Eight (3) to Seventeen (17) inclusive, in Mock
5iielve (12), in Oakdale Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas, as shorn by the recorded plat there-
of.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and. be in
full force from and: aftor its publication: once in the official
City paper.
