ORDINANCE NO. 2449

An Ordinance creating and'e-stablishing-Lateral-Sewer District
No. One -E in the City of'Salina., Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. One -EP
in Sewer Zone "Ell. in the City of Salina., Kansas., be and the
same is hereby created and established., said Lateral Sewer
District No. One -E to include and be comprised of the follow-
ing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots Ten (10) to Sixteen (16) inclusive, in
Block Fifteen -(15), in Cunninghamts Replat
to the City of Salina, Kansas., as shown by
the recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. -This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced for first reading, February 6th, 1922.
