An Ordinance creating and establishing,Lateral-Sewer District
No. Four -C in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:_
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Four -C,
in Sewer `'one.`iC", in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District No. Four -C to include and be comprised of the fol-
lowing territory within the corporate limits 'of said City:
Lots One (1) to Fourteen (14) inclusive in Block
Six (6),; Lots One (1), Two (2) Three (3), Twenty -

Six (26) and Lots Thirteen' (131 to Sixten (16) in-,
elusive in Block 6even .(7) all in. Elmdale Addition
to the City_ of Salina., Kansas, as shown by the re-
corded' -plat thereof. Lots One (1) to Fourteen (14)
inclusive in Block Seven (7) in.Dodges Replat to
the City of Salina, Kansas according to the recorded
plat thereof. Lots Twenty -Seven (27) to Thirty-
one (31) inclusive and Lots Thirty -Five (35) to
Thirty -Nine (39) inclusive in'Univetsity Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas, as shown by the
recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
official City paper.
Introduced for first reading, February 6th, 1922.

of Commissioners and approved by the Mayor of the City of Sali-
na, Kansas, February 16th, 1922; and a record of the vote on
its final adoption is found on Page V, of Journal No. 9. Said
Ordinance was published in The Salina Evening Journal Febru-
ary 0, 1922.

same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District No. Four -C to include and be comprised of the fol-
lowing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots One(l) to Fourteen (14) inclusive in Block Six'
(6), Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Twenty -Six (26)
and Lots Thirteen (13) to Sixteen (16) inclusive in
Block Seven (7) all in Elmdale Addition to the City
of Salina,, Kansas as shown by the recorded plat there-
of. Lots One (1) to Fourteen (14) inclusive in Block
Seven (7) in Dodges Replat to the City of Salina, Kan-
sas according to the recorded plat thereof. -IJots
Twenty -Seven (27) to Thirty -One (31) inclusive and
Lots Thirty -Five (35) to Thirty -Nine (39) inclusive
in University Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas
as shown by the recorded plat thereof.
