An Ordinance cre'ating-6nd establishing, Lateral Sewer District
No. Three -C in the city of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section.l. That Lateral Sevier District No. Three -C,,
in Sewer Zone "C" in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the same
is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer District
No. Three -C to include and be comprised of the following terri-
tory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots One (1) to Fourteen (14) inclusive; in Block
Thirteen (13); Lots One -(1) to Fourteen (14) inclu-
sive in Block Seven (7); Lots One (1) to Fourteen
(14) inclusive in Block Four (4); all in Leavenworth
Addition.' to the City of'Salina, Kansas, as shown by
the recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.

An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer Dis-
trict No. Three -C in the City of Salina, Kansas.

BE IT ORDAITED by the Board of Connissioners of the City
of 'Salina, Kansas;
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Three -C
in Seger Zone "C". in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District No. Three -C to include and be comprised of the fol-
lowing territory within the corporate limits of said City.
Lots One (1) to Fourteen: (14) inclusive; in Bleck
Thirteen (13); Lots One (1) to Fourteen (14) inclu-
sive in. Block Seven (7), Lots One (1) to Fourteen
(14) inclusive in Block Four (4); all in Leavenworth
Addition to the City of 'Salina, Kansas, as hoarn by
the recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force fron _ and after its publication once in the
official City paper.
