An Ordinance I creating and establishing'Lateral'Sewer District
No. Two -C in 'the City of Salina., Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Two -C.,
in Sewer Zone "C", in the City of Salina, Kansas., be and the
same is hereby created and established. -said Lateral Sewer
District No. Two -C to include and be comprised of the follow-
ing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots Fourteen (14) Twelve (12), Ten (10) and the
South one-half (S11 of Lot Eight (8) all in Block
Eight (8); Lots Iiih.r.,o (2)., Three (3), Four (4) and
the North One-half (n2) of Lot Five (5) all in
Block Twelve (12); Lots Nine (9) to Fourteen (14)
inclusive and the South one-half (S-��) of Lot Seven

(7) and of Lot 'Ei(1) to'x ht (8) in Block Segen (7); Lots
One (6Ejinclusive and the North One-half

(N -p7) of - Lot even '(7.) and of Lot Eight (8) in Block
Thirteen (13); Lots Five (5) to Seven (7) inclusive
and the South One-half (S-2= of Lot Four (4) in
Block Six (6); Lots One (fl to Three (3) inclusive
and the North one-half -(N�) of Lot Four (4) in
Block Fourteen (14); all in Leavenworth Addition
-to the City of Salina, Kansas, as shown by the
recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the offi-
cial City paper.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Co-mmissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Tiro -C,
in Sewer Zone "C"'. in the city of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer Dis-
trict
