An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District
No. One -C in the city of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. One' -C, in
Sewer Zone "C"
t C".� in the City of Salina, Kansas., be and the same
is hereby created and established., said Lateral Sewer District
No. One -C to include and be comprised of the following terri-
tory within the corporate limits of said City:

same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District No. One-C to include and be comprised of the follow-
ing territory- within the corporate limits of said City:

plat thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall tape effect and be
