An Ordinance creating and establishing"Lateral Sevier District
No. Three -A in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section l.- That Latel-al Sevier District No. Three -A
in Sewer Zone "All in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sevier.
District No. Three -A to include and be comprised of the fol-
lowing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
-Lots One= (1) Twenty (20) inclusive in Block
Forty-F6ur (44) in Mil.itdry Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas, as shown -by the recordQd plat
thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and. be
in full force from and. after its publication once in the
official City paper.
Introduced for first reading., February 6th, 1922
Passed and approved., February 16th., 1922.

An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer District
No. Three -.A in the city of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comnissiohers of the City of
Salina, Kansas
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. Three -A
in Seger Zone "A" in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the
sane is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District No. Three -A to include and be comprised of the follow-
ing territory within the corporate limits of said City:
Lots One (1) to Twenty (20) inclusive, in. Block
Forty-four (44) in Military Addition to the City
of Salina, Kansas, as shown by the recorded plat
thereof.
Section. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
_ official City paper.
