An Ordinance creating and establishing Laterad Sewer District
No. One -A in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
I Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. One -A.
in Sewer Zone "A", in the City of Salina., Kansas, be and the
same -is hereby created and established, said Lateral Sewer
District No. One-A'to include and -be comprised'of the fol-
loilling territory within the corporate limits of said City:
All of the lots., tracts, and parcels of ground
situate in'Block'Five (5), and in Block Six (6)
in Calkins Addition to the City of Salina,, Kansas
as shown b-.,,, the recorded plat thereof.
Section 2. -This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full, force from and after its,pitblication once in the official
City paper.
Introduced forfirstreading, February 6th, 1922.
Passed and approved, February 16th., 1922.

An Ordinance creating and establishing Lateral Sewer Dis-
trict No. One -A in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. That Lateral Sewer District No. One -A
in Sewer Zone "A", in the city of Salina, Kansas, be and
the same is hereby created and established, said Lateral
Sewer District No. One -A to include and be comprised of
the following territory within the corporate limits of said
city:
All of the lots, tracts and parcels of ground situ-
