An Ordinance making an apprbpriation for the -payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 41100.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated'out of the moneys fr6m the Band Fund,
in the City Treasury of the City of Salina, Kansas, for the
payment ,of the following claim:
Salina Municipal Band, Part payment for $1100.00
1922 Tax Levy
Section 2. The Director of. the Department of Finance
is hereby authorized. to issue a warratn, countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the purpose and amount
specified in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
.full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, February 6th, 1922.
