An Ordinance making.the director of Public Service ex -officio
Sanitary.and,Health...Officer and combining the duties
of said offi.ce,s and repealing.all ordinances or parts
-of ordinances in conflict herewith.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
...Section 1. That the Director of Public Service who is
ex -officio City Engineer shall also be ex -officio Sanitary
and Health Officer of -the city of Salina,_Kansas and that the
duties of both of saidd-offices shall be, performed by the
Director of Public,Service.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict with the terms of this ordinances be and the same
are hereby repealed.
..Section 3. This ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect from and after its publication once I in the official
City paper,

Salina., Kansas:
Section 1. That the Director of Public Service who is

and Health Officer of the City of Salina, Kansas and that

the Director of Public ervice.
