An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of. Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the'sum of $1200.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriatex out of the moneys from the
Library Fund in the City Treasury of the City of Salina,
-Kansas.,-for the payment of the following claim:
Henry H. tberhardt_, Part payment for
City Treasurer, 1922 Tax Levy 01200.00
Section 2. The Director of the Department of
Finance is hereby authorized to issue a warrant, counter-
signed by -the City Manager -upon the City Treasurer for
the purpose and amount specified in Section One (1) of this
ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
Passed and approved, January 9th, 1922.
