ORDINANCE, NO. 2420_
An Ordinance making appropriations for miscellaneous
purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $34,038.77 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the moneys from the
various funds in the City Treasury of the City of Salina,
Kansas, not otherwise appropriated for the payment of
miscellaneous claims hereinafter enumerated, showing
to whom and for what purpose the claim is paid.

State Treasurer, January_lst, 1922 $34,038.77
Section 2. The Director of the Department of
Finance is hereby authorized to issue warrants, counter-
signed by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for
the purpose and amount specified in Section One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
