ORDINANCE NO. 2418
An Ordinance making appropriations for miseellaneous'pur-
poses..
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $13,703.61 be and the
same is.hereby appropriated out of'the moneys from the
General'Revenue Funds :in the City Treasury of Salina, Kan-
sas, which funds have been received.from the sale of warrants
issued under authority of an.order from the State Tax Commis-
sion of the State of Kansas to the Board of City Commission
ers of the City,of Salina, Kansas, under date of October,
25th, 1921, as provided by Chapter 310 of the Session Laws
of the State. of Kansas, 1919., which authority permits the
issuance of warrants by the City of Salina, Kansas, in a.
total sum not to exceed $16,464.03.
