purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:

from
the
various funds in the City Treasury of the City of Salina,
Kansas, not otherwise appropriated for the payment of mis-

Section 2. The Director of the Department of
Finance is hereby authorized to issue warrants, counter-,
signed by,the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for
the purposes and amounts specified in Section One (1) of
this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
,in full force from and after its passage.
