An Ordinance creating the position of Night Fireman at the
City Building and fixing the salary to be paid.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and hereby is created and
established the -position of night fireman.at the City Building
whose duty it shall be,to tend the boiler and furnace, to keep
and maintain regular temperature at all times in the said City
Building and the greenhouse adjacent thereto, and perform such
other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time.
Section 2. That the salary of the night fireman so em-
ployed at the City Building shall be Seventy -Five ($75.00)
Dollars per month, payable as other salaries of like nature
are paid.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication once in The Salina evening
Journal..
Passed and approved this 14th day of November, 1921.
