City of Salina, Kansas. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That there be and is hereby- levied a spe- cial tax for the year 1921, in addition to the tax for gen- eral revenue and other purposes for said year, for the purpose of paying for:the cutting of weeds by the City -of.
