ORDINANCE.N.O...2394
An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina:
Section 1. That the following sums be and the same
are hereby appropriated out of the Military Monument Fund
in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the
following..claims:
M. Fitzgerald -$1$000.00
C. Stetler ---- 1,000.00
C.S. Northcutt- 1,000-00
G.M. Gant ----® 12000000
H.C.Richolson-- 1,000.00
Section 2. That orders be drawn on the City Treas-
urer
reasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3.. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from -and after its adoption.
Passed and approved, June 20th, 1921.
