BE IT ORDAINED by The Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That -Section -Seven (7) of Ordinance Noe
2344_.be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 7. The Chief of Police shall receive the
sum of One Hundred Forty ($140000) Dollars per month which
shall be in full compensation for all services. The Chief
of .Detectives, and Acting Chief of Police in absence of
Chief,.shall..receive the sum of One Hundred Thirty ($130.00)
Dollars.per.m'onth, and eaeh..Regular Policeman shall receive
. the_ sum._ of . One.. Hundred Fifteen 0115.00 ) Dollars per month."
Section 2. That said.or.iginalsection Seven (7) of
Ordinance Nom .23.4.4.. be _.and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall.take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication once in the
offieial_City paper.
