An Ordinance . vacat ing the south 275 feet of the alley run-
ning and extending north and south through the black
lying between Elm Street and Pine Street and Front
Street and Second Street in the City of Salina, Kan-
sas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, -Kansas:
"Section 1. That the south 275 feet of the alley
running and extending north and south through the block
lying between Elm Street and Pine Street and Front Street
and ,Second Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, and run-
ning between Lots Numbered 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 on
Front Street and Lots Numbered 37, 39, 41,. 43, 45 and 47
on Second Street in the City..of Salina, Kansas, be and the
same is hereby vacated, discontinued and annulled.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its publication once in
the .official City paper.
Passed and approved, May 23rd, 1921.
