An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by The Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Sect -ion -3-s— - That the sum of $725.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund, ix
the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the
following claim:
6sJ. U. McCune, ---------$725.00
Section 2. That an order be drawn on the City Treas-
urer for the payment of the claim mentioned .in Section 1
of this ordinance.
Se"ct ion 3 . This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its adoption.
Passed and approved, May 23rd, 1921.
