An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a
certain claim.
Bp It Ordained by the Board -of -Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
Sect ion 1. That the sum of $750.00 be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund in the hands
of the City Treasurer for the full payment and release by
Mrs. J • T • Carson of all claims and demands against the
City of Salina arising out of or accruing from the injury
and death of J. T. Carson.
` Section 2. That an order be drawn on the City llreas-
urer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1
hereof.
�ection 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its adoption.
Passed and approved, May 16th, 1921.
