OFD INA NCE NO- 2383

An ordinance providing for the levy and collection of a li-
cense tax upon amusement parks carried on and operated
within the City of Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Sal ina :
Section . No person, firm or corporation., either as
principal or agent shall conduct, carry on or operate within
the City of Salina any amusement park, operated for profit with-
out having first obtained from the -City Clerk a license so to
do, and witriout having first 'paid to said City of Salina a'
license fee of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars per annum, said license
to be issued for not less than one year, and to be of effect
for _the year next following the issuance thereof.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full. force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.

license tax upon amusement Parks carried on and
operated within the City of l Salina.
BE IT ORDAINED by The Board of Commissioners Of the City
of Salina:
Secton 1, No person, firm or corporation, either
as principal or agent shall condo t, carry on or operate
within the City of Salina any amusement park., operqted
for profit without having first obtained from the City
Clerk a license so to do, and without having first paid
to said City of Salina a license fee of Fifty ($50600)
Dollars per annum said license to be issued for not less
than one year, and to be of effect for the year next
following the issuance thereof.
Zection 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its publication once in
the official City paper.
