Section 2. Any person convicted of a violation of Section 1 is ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined i*n any sum not less than 6100-,00 and not more than $500.00, and shall be imprisoned in the City Jail for not less than thirty days nor more. than nine- ty days.
