Section 2. Any person convicted of a violation of Section
1 is ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined i*n any sum not less than
6100-,00 and not more than $500.00, and shall be imprisoned in
the City Jail for not less than thirty days nor more. than nine-
ty days.
'Section. 'This ordinance shall take effect and be of
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.

manufacture or to aid, assist or abet in the manufacture of any

liquors In the City of Salina, Kansas.
