An ordinance amending ..Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1952 and re-
pealing said original section.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina:
Sect ion 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1952 be
amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. The license mentioned in Section I hereof
shall run for a period of one year next following the date of
its issuance and no license shall be issued for a term of less
than one year."
Sect jonj&_ That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1952 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
Sect on 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper,
Passed and approved., March 21st., 1921.
