1 1 1 i ORD IM-1NCE NO. 2376 (Published in The Salina Evening Journal March 26th, 1921) An 'ordinance vacating a portion of Oakdale Avenue between Ash Street and Johnstown Avenue in the _ City of Salina, Kansas. BE IT ©PWAINED by the Mayor and Oouncilmen of the Oity of Salina: Section._ That the following described portion of Oak - dale Avenue between Ash Street and "Johnstown Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas, be and the, same is hereby declared vacated, to -grit: That portion of Oakdale Avenue commencing at a point 55 feet east of the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Atherton-Phlilips Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas., thence East 35 feet, thence south 160 feet, more or less, to the west line of a 33 - foot alley; thence in a northwesterly direction along the west line of said 33 -foot alley to the, place of beginning. Sect inn 2.-w All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con- flict herewith are hereby repealed. _Ae_at_ion 3.
