BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. That the sum of $1,822.55 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the various departments of the Gener- al Fund in the hands of the City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims= General DepartMent . BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. Every driver of a vehicle and every pedestrian on the streets of the City of Salina when approaching a railroad crossing shall stop in obedience to any standard "stop" signals orwarnings given by a watchman or flagman stationed in plain view at such crossing, and shall not thereafter cross or attempt to cross such crossing until by standard signalcsignaled so to do by such watchman or flagman.. Section 2.. Any person wilfully violating any of the provi- , sions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Fifty ($5 0..00) _ Dollars Section 3.
