An Ordinance creating the office of caretaker of the City
Dump Grounds, and providing his dutues and compensa-
t ion.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of
Salina:
gection 1. That the Mayor, with the consent of the City
Council, may appoint a suitable person to act as caretaker of
the City dump grounds, whose duties shall be to- take the pro-
per care of said grounds, as may be directed by the Public
Health Committee of the City of Salina, and shall receive a
compensation of not to exceed Twenty-five (25.00) Dollars,
per -month, from October lst, 1920, provided, however, such
caretaker shall not be appointed for any specified term.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the offi-
cial City paper.
