An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina;
Section 1. That the sum of $25.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund in the hands of the
City Treasurer for the payment of the following claims on account
of the condemnation and appropriation of certain land for the
opening of Wilsot Street from Fourth Street to Santa Fe Avenue
in the City of Salina, -Kansas, in accordance with the report
filed by the appraisers therein upon the 17th day of May, 1920,
and approved and accepted by the Mayor and Council upon the 21st
day of June, 1920, as follows:
Phoebe J. Lake, For" the south 2� feet of Lot 1, Block 18,
Hutchinson` s Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas, --------------------$25.00
Secti.Qn 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its adoption.
