ORDINANCE 140. 2351

An ordinance vacating and discontinuing a certain alley in
the Grounds of the Kansas uVesleyan University Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of. the city of Salina,
Kansas
Section 1. That the alley between Highland Avenue and
Santa Fe Avenue in the Grounds of the Kansas Nesleyan- Univer-
sity Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, commencing on
Beloit Avenue in said addition and running thence south to
Minneapolis Avenue therein, with the exception of that portion
.intersecting a` certain alley running east and west, be and the
same is hereby annulled, vacated and discontinued.

force from and after its publication once in the official City
paper.
Passed and approved, August 16th, 1920.
