An ordinance creating and establishing a benefit district for
the purpose of opening 'Wilson Street from Santa Fe Aven-
ue to Fourth Street in .the city of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and .Councilmen of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby created for the
purpose of extending and opening Wilson Street in said City
from the east side of Santa fe Avenue to the ea t side of Fourth
Street, a Benefit described as follows;
"Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot (2) in Block
(21) Hutchinson's Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas; thence
east along the north side of said lot to the alley; thence east
in a direct line across said alley to the northwest corner of
.Lot (4) in Block (21); Hutchinson's Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas; thence east along th-e north side of the said,
lot to the northeast corner thereof; thence north along the
east line -of Lot (3) Block (21) in Hutchinson's Addition to th'e
City of Salina, Kansas, to the northeast corner of said lot-

along the west line of said Lot (1) to the northwest corner
thereof; thence north across Anderson Street to the southwest
corner of Lot (2), Block (3) in College View Addition to the City

to the northwest corner thereof; thence west along the north
line of"said Lot (2) in an est erly direction to the northeast
corner of Lot (18) Block (4) in College View Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas; thence south along the east line of

in College View Addition; thence south across Wilson Street to
the northeast corner of Lot (2) , Block 6, in Hutchinson's Addi-
tion to the City of Salina, Kansas; thence south to the south-

Lot (20) to the southwest corner of Lot (1) in Block (3) in Hut-

Section 2. rill of said property lying within the bound-
aries of said beriefit district so established by Section One (1)
hereof will be especially benefited by the opening and extending
of Milson Street and assessments will be made against all the, lots
and pieces of ground therein to help to pay the cost ofopening
and extending such street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its publication once in the official City
pa per..

An ordinance creating and establishing a benefit district for the pur-
pose of opening Wilson Street from Santa Fe.Avenue to Fourth Street
in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Payor and Councilmen of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and is hereby created for the pur-
pose of extending and opening Wilson Street in said City from the Bast
side of Santa Fe Avenue to the East side of Fourth Street, a benefit
district, described as follows:
"Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot (2) in Block (21)

the North side of said lot to the alley; thence East in a direct line
across said alley to the Northwest corner of Lot (4) in Block (21),

along the north side of the said lot to the Northeast corner thereof;
thence North along the East line of Lot (3), Block (21) in Hutchinson's
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, to the Northeast corner of
said lot; thence East across Fifth Street to the Northwest corner of
Lot (1), Block (22) in Hutchinson's Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, to the Northeast corner of said lot (1); thence East across
Fourth Street to the West line of Lot (1), Block (5) College View
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas; thence North along the West
line of said Lot (1) to the northwest corner thereof; thence North
across Anderson Street to the Southwest corner of Lot (2), Block (3)

Section 2. All of said property lying within the boundaries
of said benefit district so established by Section 1 hereof will be
especially benefited by the opening and extending of Milson Street and
assessments will be made against all the lots and pieces of ground
therein to help pay the cost of opening and extending such street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and.after its publication once in the official City paper.
