An ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of cer-
tain claims.
BE .IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and. Councilmen of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $950.17 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the various departments of the Gener-
al Fund in the hands of the 0 ity Treasurer for the payment of
the following claims:
General Department .

hereby appropriated out of the Park Fund in the hands of the
City Treasurer for the payment of the following claim:

Section 4. That an order be drawn on the City Treasurer
for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section Three (3)

Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City
of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That the sum of $950.17 be and the
