A ordinance vacating certain alleys in'the City of E`,alina,
Kansas.
WHEREAS, The Lee Hardsare Company is the owner of Lots
(57) nd (59) on Santa Fe Avenue and Lots (58) ,and (30) on Fifth
Street n the City of Salina, Lansas, and have heretofore deed -

An ordinance vacating certain alleys in the City of Salina, Kang

11HEREAS, The Lee Hardware Company is the owner of Lots
(57) and (59) on Santa Fe Avenue and Lots (58) and (60) on Fifth
Street in the City of Salina, Kansas, and have i_eretofo're deeded
to said City as an alley a strip twenty (20) feet in width off the
South side of Lots (57) and (58) hereinbefore mentioned; and

WHEIP.11AS, in consideration of which the. said The Lee
Hardware Company has agreed to convey to said city to be used for
the purposes of an alley a strip twenty (20) feet in width off the

the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. list the alley between Lots (57) and (59) on
Santa i -e -avenue and Lots (58) and (00) on ='ifth Street be and the
same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That that portion of the alley between Fifth
Street and Santa i'e Avenue ar,d Elm Street and Ash Street in said
City from the Soutar line of Lot (59) on Santa Ie Avenue and Lot (60)
on Fifth Street to the South line of Lot (57) on Santa fie Avenue and
Lot (58) on Fifth Street i.r, said City be and the same is hereby
vacated.

Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its publication unce in the official
City paper. -
