2316 Annex1 1 1 1 ORDINANCE'NO. 2316 (rublished in The Salina Evening Journal January 24, 1920) An Ordinance incorporating certain property within the limits of the City of Salina. - WHEREAS, the owners of a certain tract of land formerly known as Plat "Y!' lying immediately east of and adjacent to Fourth Street in the city of Salina, Kansas, between Bond and 'Nilson Streets extended and Front Street in said City, has been by the owner or owners thereof platted and subdivided into lots and blocks and a certificate of said plat filed in the office of the Regis- ter of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas, anddesignated as College View- Addition, NO4' THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Iviayor and Council of the City of Salina: Section 1. That the property formerly known as Plat "F" now known as College View Addition bounded on the west by Fourth Street , on the east by Front Street, on the north by a line drawn parallel with Bond Street extended and on the south by a line drawn parallel with Wilson Street extended, be and the same is hereby incorporated within and made a part of the City of Salina, Section 2. Said addition shall be known as "College View Addition" and shall be divided into six_ (6) blocks of eighteen (18) lots each as shown by the certificate and plat now on file with -the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas. The streets separating said blocks shall be known as. Rahm Street, Anderson Street and Third Street, as shown by said certificate and plat. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication once in the official City paper. Passed and approved, January 19th, 1920. (SEAL) Attest: Chas. E.
