An ordinance vacating the alley running from Baker Street
to.phillips Street through the block between Cedar
Street and Spruce Street in Phillip's Third Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORD-AIDs'ED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of
Salina:
Section 1. That thea lley located and extending east
and west from faker Street to Phillips Street through the
block lying between Cedar Street on the north, Spruce Street
on the south,
Baker "treet on the east, and Phillips Street
on the west, in Phillip's Third i-ddition to the city of
Salina, Kansas, be and the sane is hereby vacated, discon-
tinued and annulled.
Ziection2. This ordinance shall take effect arld be
in force from and after its publication once in the Salina
Evening' Journal.
Passed and approved, January 5th, 1920.

An ordinance vacating the alley running from Baker Street to
Phillips Street through the block between Cedar Street
and Spruce Street in Phillip's Thiel Addition to the
City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORWINED' by the Mayor and councilmen of the City of Salina:
Section 1. That the alley located and extending east and
west from Baker Street to Phillips Street through the block
lying between Cedar Street on the north, Spruce Street on the
South, Eaker Street on the east and Phillips Street on the
west in Phillip's Third Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas,
be and the sane is hereby vacated, discontinued and annulled.
Section. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its publication once in the Salina Eve-
ning Journal.
