2303 Oil Stations424 ORDINANCE NO. 2303 (published in The Salina Evening Journal December, OO 1919)� An ordinance granting to The Standard Oil Company (Indiana) a special permit to build an oil station at the corner of Ohio and Iron Avenue, on the east side of Ohio Street and the north side of Iron Avenue. BE IT ORDAII`.ED by the Mayor and councilmen of the city of Salina, 4a.line County, Kansas: Lection 1. A special permit is hereby granted to The Standard Oil. Company, a corporation organized and doing busi- ness under and by virtue of the laws of the Mate of Indiana, to build an oil station at the corner of Ohio Street and Iron Avenue, in the city of Lalina, Kansas, on the east side of Ohio Street and the north side of Iron Avenue. Said Standard Oil Company shall secure from the Fire Chief a permit. to build such oil station under the regular rules for obtaining such permits. Section 2. `Phis ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the official City paper. (SEIzL) Attest: Passed and approved, December 15th, 1919. Chas. E.
