An Ordinance granting a right of 'flay to The Union Pacific Rail-
road Company to run their tracks along certain I n portions
of Fourth Street in the city of Salina, Kansas..
BE IT ORD,,INED by the Mayor and Council of the city 'of Salin4,
Section 1. That the right of way be and the same is
hereby granted to The Union Pacific Railroad Company to con-
struct,, maintain and operste a single rai.li2oad hack and run
its engines, cars and trains thereon from a point where the
present Eberhardt
switch
terminates, the
s ame being a point
about two hundred
fifty
(250) feet north
of Walnut Street, due
south and along and upon the parking adjacent to Fourth Street
in said City, on the west side of said -street to the north
line of Walnut Street in said City.
Section 2. Said right of way is granted to said rail-
road company subject to all the conditions, specifications and
regulations mentioned and set forth in Ordinance No. 342 of
said City of Salina.
Section 3. This ordinance when accepted by the said
The Union Pacific Railroad Company shall operate as a contract
Uetween said Company and said City.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its publication once in the official
City paper.

An ordinance granting a right of way to the Union Pacific Railroad
Company to run their tracks along certain portions of Fourth
Street in the City of Salina, Kansas.
, BE IT ORDAINED by the Rfayor and Council of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the right of way be and the same is hereby

granted to the Union Pacific Railroad Company to construct, maintain
and operate single railroad track and run its engines, cars and trains
thereon from a point where the present Lberhardt switch terminates,
the same being a point about two hundred fifty (250) feet North of
Walnut Street, due South and along and upon the parking adjacent to
Fourth Street in said City on the West side of said Street to the
North line of Walnut Street in said City. .
Section 2. Said right of way is granted to said Railroad ---
Company subject to all the conditions, specifications and regulations
mentioned and set forth in Ordinance No. 342 of said City of Salina.
Section 3. This ordinance when accepted by the said The
Union Pacific Railroad Company shall operate as a contract between
said Company and said City.
