BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Councilmen of the City of Salina: Section 1. Lot 19, " Gm Section 2. !he Committee on sidewalks of the City Coun- cil shall as soon as practicable after the 10th day of Octob- er, 1919, cause any sidewalks herein mentioned to be repaired if the owner or owners liable for such repair shall fail, neg- lect or refuse to so repair the same within the time herein provided and shall report their proceedings together with the lentgh and dimensions so repaired by said Committee together with the actual expense thereof to the City Council. 'Section 3. Expense of repair of said sidewalks by said Qioirimittee, in event they repair the same, shall be assessed against the real estate abutting thereon according to front foot thereof and collected as other taxes against said real estate, are collected. 566tion 4.
