Be it ordained by the 10p.yor and Council of the city of Salina: Section 1. That a Lra-de be and is hereby established on Phillips Street commencing at the intersection of Phillips Street and �alnut Street at an elevationof 104 feet, thence south by a uniform grade to the alley to an elevation of 103.60, thence south by a uniform grade to the north side of Cedar Street to an elevation of 104 .25, thence south to the south side of Cedar Street to an elevation of 103.75 feet, thence south by a uni- form grade to the alley to an elevation of 103.60, thence south by a uniform grade to Spruce Street to an elevation of 104.40 feet, thence south by a uniform grade to the alley to a eleva- tion of 103.90 feet, thence south by a uniform Erade to an ele- vat.:,b'on of 103.£35 feet; thence south to South Street by a uni - ,form grade to an elevation of 103.75 feet Section 2. That a,grade be and is hereby established on Phillips Street commencing at the intersection of Phillips Street and Walnut Street at an elevation of 104 feet, thence South by a uniform grade to the alley to an elevation of 103.60, thence South by a uni- form grade to the 1141orth side of Cedar Street to an elevation of 104.25, thence South to the South side of Cedar Street to an elevation of 103.75 feet, thence South by a uniform grade to the alley to an eleva- tion of 103.60 feet, thence South by a uniform grade to Spruce Street to an elevation of 104.40 feet, thence South by a uniform grade to the alley to an elevation of 103.90 feet, thence South 100 feet by a uniform grade to an elevation of 103.85 feet, thence South to South Street by a uniform grade to an elevation of 103.75 feet.
