An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment
of a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $139 912.35 be and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the fol-
lowing claim:
Reserve State Bank, Temporary Notes and Inter-
est on same $13,912.35
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be
and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant counter-
signed by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for
the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage.
