Reestablish the date to receive bids for the East Crawford
Recreation Area Ball Diamond Lighting and Fencing ImproVements,
Project Nos. 94-905 and 94-906.
Backoround
On May 2, 1994, the City Commission approved the captioned projects
and set Tuesday, May 31, 1994 as the date to receive bids. Due to
some minor changes in the project specifications, a delay has
occurred in distributing the specification to potential ~idders.
Subsequently, the bid date should be changed to allow the bidders
sufficient time to prepare their submittal.
RECOMMENDAT I ON
It is recor£~cLended that the City Commission reestablish the date to
receive bids for the East Crawford Recreation Area Ball Diamond
Lighting and Fencing Improvements, Project Nos. 94-905 and 94-906
on Tuesday, June 14, 1994.
