Resolution Number 94-4704 clarifying the numbering of lots pertaining to an
improvement district involving lots in Block 4, Austin Subdivision to the City
of Salina, Kansas.
During 1992, the City received a petition for improvements to Block 4, Austin
Subdivision. The original petition showed that the improvement district
included lots 8 through 19 in Block 4, Austin Subdivision. In the review
process, the authorizing resolution was prepared using lot numbers 8 through
19; however, the petition was amended to renumber the lots as 7 through 18.
The authorizing resolution was not modified to change the lot numbers. The
extent and area of the property covered by the improvement district is the
same, the only difference is the numbering and the owners of lots 7 through 18
have received full notice of all proceedings pertaining to the improvement
district and the related project.
In order to clear up this discrepancy, our bond counsel, Randy Irey,
recommends adoption of Resolution Number 94-4704.

Adopt Resolution Number 94-4704.
